About David:

David Prelle Eron is a shareholder and the CEO of Prelle Eron & Bailey, P.A. His practice concentrates on complex insolvency matters, including chapter 11 and 12 filings, bankruptcy litigation, workouts, and liquidations. David is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy, and he is the only certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist in Wichita (American Board of Certification). He has represented every type of client in the bankruptcy system, including debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, and the United States Trustee. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, David has significant experience in all varieties of business transactions, including contracts, lending and security instruments, business formations, acquisitions, dissolutions, and commercial and real estate sales. He also represents clients engaged in civil litigation and mediation in both state and federal court, and has taken dozens of cases to trial or evidentiary hearing. David’s clientele include farms and ranches, franchises, banks, manufacturers, landlords, real estate developers, health care entities, small businesses, and individuals.

Outside of work, David’s primary passion is his wife, seven children, and four grandchildren. David enjoys spending time with his family in the kitchen, cycling, and traveling. He is committed to and enriched by his faith and church family at St. Vincent de Paul, where he serves in a variety of ministries.
