About Our Founder, David Prelle Eron

David Prelle Eron, the founder and CEO of Prelle Eron & Bailey has been honored by the highly regarded Best Lawyers in America® – 2019 Edition.  David was honored by Best Lawyers in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law. A distinguished insolvency attorney for more than 15 years, this is David’s first appearance on the Best Lawyers in America list.   David’s practice focuses on complex bankruptcy matters, business transactions, and commercial litigation.  David is a California native, and a graduate of Iowa State University and the University of Iowa College of Law.  He is a Kansas Bar Association Fellow, the past president of the KBA Bankruptcy and Insolvency Committee, a former member of the Kansas Bankruptcy Bench Bar Committee, and a Barrister in the Wesley E. Brown Inn of Court.  David frequently makes educational presentations to the bar on bankruptcy related matters, and has published several articles with the American Bankruptcy Institute.
